Flight Camp USA reserves the right to reschedule or refund as a result of inclement weather or other causes that in the determination of Flight Camp USA make completion on schedule impracticable.
Flight Camp USA’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to refund of any money paid (not to include the $100 deposit). Under no circumstances shall Flight Camp USA be liable for consequential damages or any damages beyond refund of the student payment.

I am the participant or legal parent or guardian of the minor listed above and I give my permission for ___________________________________ to participate in the Aviation Flight Camp. I agree to all conditions stated for myself, or listed minor, to participate in all flight camp activities at the __________________________ Airport and understand that the person listed will be involved in flying airplanes and gliders as well as vehicle transportation on the field as part of the Flight Camp USA.
